This is our third completed Audley Village and we are pleased to continue to play a part in the construction of this exclusive Retirement Village brand.
This luxury development consists of 74 high-end residential dwellings. At the heart of the village is the Audley Club, boasting a range of amenities including a restaurant and bar bistro, hairdressing salon, library, guest facilities, swimming pool, and health club.
The projects key features include a site wide CAT 6 & fibre data system, district heating system incorporating CHP, advanced lighting control/installation, energy efficient mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, power wiring/distribution systems, fully integrated BMS system, lightning protection, warden call/CCTV/IRS/AV systems and underfloor heating throughout the apartments and main areas.
