We provide construction design advice covering all aspects of design management, ensuring our clients receive a comprehensive strategic approach, to managing building services designs. At Hopkins we strive to understand our Clients’ needs and expectations. We have the capability to deliver ‘added value’ to their projects by providing specialist advice and implementing ‘best value sustainable cost solutions’.

From initial conception to project sign off we provide a full turnkey package and project management including:

25 inhouse design engineers.
Full BIM capabilities including clash detection and cloud-based model sharing.
Extensive experience delivering BIM level 2 projects with COBIE.
Overheating & energy modelling.
Trusted external supply chain utilised as required working to J&B Hopkins standards.
Extensive internal and external training programme including 5 apprentice design engineers.
Experience achieving BREEAM Excellent on projects.
Full MEP design from RIBA Stages 1-6.
Energy efficiency and renewable energy feasibility studies / Designs.
Experience designing schemes to Passivhaus Standards.
