From Monday, 13th May to Friday, 17th May we have been proudly supporting Mental Health Week, dedicating each day to fostering wellness and awareness within our community. Here’s a glimpse into what we’ve been up to:
👟 Monday: Kicked off with a refreshing Lunchtime Walk & Talk, promoting physical activity and open conversations about mental health.
🔍 Tuesday: Shed light on our invaluable Free Employee Assistance Programme, ensuring everyone knows the support available.
💡 Wednesday: Engaged in a meaningful Dementia Awareness Workshop, empowering understanding and empathy.
🍳 Thursday: Started the day right with a Healthy Working Breakfast, nourishing both body and mind.
🎉 Friday: Is Feel Good Friday! Our incredible site teams have been treated to something special to lift spirits and spread joy.
