Natalie Reader, Accounts Manager & Matt Figgins, Finance Manager

Matt and Natalie were nominated for this quarter‘s Employee Recognition Award for their joint effort in implementing a new accounting system across all teams, including Procurement and Surveying. Their joint action ensured that every member of the accounts team fully understood the new system and they worked closely with all teams to ensure a seamless transition.

Natalie and Matt have truly embodied our company values of Sustainability, Integrity, Collaboration and Ownership through their collaborative approach, by prioritising proper implementation to minimise disruption to operations, and empower all teams to leverage the full potential of the new software.
