Hopkins Welcome Two Design Apprentices

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀!

With our largest order book to date and a design team of 26 eager to share their experiences with each new wave of apprentices, there’s never been a more exciting time to shine at Hopkins. ✨

This week, we welcomed Nathan Walsh and Connie Grocott as our newest design apprentices. They will be mentored mainly by our Senior Design Engineer, James Mintram, who has recently completed his own apprenticeship with us. Jason Parker, our Design & Pre-Construction Director, began his journey at Hopkins over 20 years ago as an apprentice and credits his training and mentorship for helping him achieve his career goals. We have no doubt that Connie and Nathan will follow in his footsteps and accomplish great things here. Jason and James exemplify how Hopkins is the ideal place to cultivate your skills. 🤩

This investment in our apprentices is part of our recently appointed Design Manager, Paul Wright‘s vision to focus on nurturing talent in his team from a grassroots level.
