With our largest order book to date and a design team of 26 eager to share their experiences with each new wave of apprentices, thereโs never been a more exciting time to shine at Hopkins. โจ
This week, we welcomed Nathan Walsh and Connie Grocott as our newest design apprentices. They will be mentored mainly by our Senior Design Engineer, James Mintram, who has recently completed his own apprenticeship with us. Jason Parker, our Design & Pre-Construction Director, began his journey at Hopkins over 20 years ago as an apprentice and credits his training and mentorship for helping him achieve his career goals. We have no doubt that Connie and Nathan will follow in his footsteps and accomplish great things here. Jason and James exemplify how Hopkins is the ideal place to cultivate your skills. ๐คฉ
This investment in our apprentices is part of our recently appointed Design Manager, Paul Wright‘s vision to focus on nurturing talent in his team from a grassroots level.
