Jon’s self-taught skills enabled him to develop custom forms crucial for our Technical Services department, facilitating a transition to a paper-free environment.

Under Jon’s guidance, the team successfully integrated new work record documents and certifications and streamlined processes such as invoicing and quoting. His introduction of QR coding for assets has had numerous benefits.
