West Slope Development – Prefabrication Methods

One of the standout success stories on our West Slope project has been our use of 𝗼𝗳𝗳‑𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to support programme certainty, quality and site efficiency.

By manufacturing key pipework systems away from site and delivering them ready for installation, our teams have been able to significantly reduce on‑site install time and improve coordination across a large and complex development.

✅ 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 has been prefabricated, welded and delivered in manageable sections, improving safety and consistency of installation.
✅ 𝗛𝗗𝗣𝗘 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 have been fully manufactured, pressure‑tested, labelled and quality checked at our Concorde House facility before arriving on site ready to fit.

This approach has helped streamline logistics, minimise disruption across multiple buildings, and support a “right first time” installation all while keeping pace with a demanding construction programme.
