This project involves:
๐ง Comprehensive civil works managed by Hopkins Energy.
โก Installation of a custom-designed ABB E-House, a modular and prefabricated power distribution and automation solution.
๐ ๏ธ Integration of a Shore Link charging arm for efficient energy transfer to docked vessels.
This cutting edge solution marks a major milestone in the journey toward greener port infrastructure, providing a powerful boost to the maritime sectorโs transition to sustainable energy technologies.

This Christmas, we reached out to the Waypoint Hub/Fareham Food Bank who shared their plans to create special packages for those in need. It was an absolute privilege to contribute to this wonderful initiative.ย Our Sales Director, Mike Jenkins, and Bid Manager, Brandon Coe, personally delivered the packages, ensuring they reached the foodbank in time to spread some much needed holiday cheer.

We’re thrilled to announce that Ellie Parker has once again retained her title of Master Baker for another year! ๐๐ฐ Her delicious creations were the highlight of our Macmillan Coffee Morning, where we all came together to enjoy some amazing home-baked treats while raising funds for a great cause.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised ยฃ230 in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. This charity does incredible work providing care and support for people affected by cancer, and weโre proud to contribute through this annual event.

We would like to thank both Simon and Alan for their years of commitment and for continually enhancing Hopkins with their contributions. Here’s to many more years of success and working together!

๐ Congratulations to Jon Keys for winning the Employee Recognition Award! ๐
Jon was nominated for the ERA this quarter for his extensive research on the Work Mobile App platform going above and beyond by investing countless hours in self-training and coding. Jon’s self-taught skills enabled him to develop custom forms crucial for our Technical Services department, facilitating a transition to a paper-free environment.
Under Jon’s guidance, the team successfully integrated new work record documents and certifications and streamlined processes such as invoicing and quoting. His introduction of QR coding for assets has had numerous benefits.
