We are delighted to be showcasing our recent design and build project Audley Wycliffe Park, for GRAHAM Group. This stunning retirement village is situated in the picturesque locale of Horsleys Green and the development boasts 156 luxurious residential apartments. Complementing the residences are an array of communal spaces, including a restaurant, bar, salon, library, guest facilities, swimming pool, and an opulent health club, adding to the vibrant and inclusive community ambiance. ✨
 
Our team’s commitment shines through in every detail, from the advanced CAT 6 & fibre data system to the low temperature district heating and comprehensive lighting installations/control. Other notable features include mechanical ventilation, power wiring/distribution systems, air source heat pumps, a full BMS system, lightning protection, nurse call and underfloor heating.
 
This project marks another successful completion for Audley Villages, and it is a testament to the dedication and expertise of our Major Projects team. 👏
