Exciting Leadership Promotions

We’re pleased to announce the promotions of Robert Weston (left) and Neal Haworth (right) to 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀.

Since joining in 2011, Neal has been instrumental in the 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲. With 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆’𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁-𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸, his leadership will drive growth as he works with new and repeat clients in expanding sectors.

Neal’s journey from 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 is a great example of the opportunities within Hopkins for those committed to professional and personal growth. His hard work, expertise and long-term vision exemplify the career progression we value and support.

Rob takes on the 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻, leading our 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸, including our largest value project to date. His 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 will be key in re-establishing Solent as a core operational region.
