On Friday afternoon, we celebrated colleagues who have completed apprenticeships, gained qualifications, graduated, and continued to grow their careers with Hopkins by hosting a Graduation Day at Southampton’s, Level 1.
The afternoon was filled with games, food, drinks and plenty of laughter, providing a great opportunity to recognise the commitment, hard work and ambition of our people.
We’re proud that 8% of our workforce is currently undertaking an apprenticeship or trainee programme. But what makes us even prouder is the number of people who began their journey through learning and development opportunities at Hopkins and continue to play a vital role in our success today. Graduation Day was our way of recognising their achievements and celebrating the culture of growth that helps shape the future of Hopkins.
