🚀 Exciting Leadership Update at Hopkins

We’re delighted to announce that Phil Trevett has been promoted to 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, a newly created senior leadership role at Hopkins.

In this position, Phil will lead several key business functions – including HR, Payroll, Labour Resourcing, IT, Facilities, Administration, Compliance Support and Marketing – while also driving critical priorities such as workforce development, digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Over the years, Phil has been instrumental in shaping our people-focused initiatives: from modernising our recruitment strategy and embedding the ELF system, to leading our development framework, SLT profiling and talent mapping. His leadership has already made a lasting impact, and this promotion reflects both the value of his contributions and our commitment to building strong, people-centred foundations across the business.

This appointment marks an important milestone for Hopkins – the first time we’ve positioned a senior leader with a primary focus on our people: their experience, wellbeing and development.
