J&B Hopkins acknowledge the potential impact that work has on an individual’s physical and mental health and are committed to developing a culture of trust and respect where all individuals can work at their optimum level.
A survey has recently been issued to all employees to obtain anonymous and open feedback regarding how they feel wellbeing is currently managed within the company to help shape our mind-set strategy whilst creating positive change.
The feedback will be reviewed in the New Year and 2019 will see the launch of J&B Hopkins ”Mind-Set Wellbeing…” strategy to help boost employee wellbeing.
