One Month On: Reflecting on Our Strategic Update Day

A month ago, colleagues representing every level of our organisation — from apprentices taking their first steps in the industry to directors shaping our strategic vision joined our Senior Leadership Team for a pivotal session focused on Hopkins’ long-term mission and strategic objectives.

The day provided an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, reaffirm the strategic pillars guiding our direction and outline the priorities that will shape the next five years.

We were also joined by a fantastic line up of guest speakers who shared valuable industry insights:
🔹 Procore Technologies – presenting their cloud-based construction management platform, soon to be implemented across Hopkins projects to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
🔹 Whitecroft Lighting – demonstrating how they’re adapting to evolving industry demands.
🔹 BISON – showcasing a diverse modular framing system.
🔹 Scolmore Group Companies – showcasing Elucian’s versatile electrical solutions, CPD training, and sustainability initiatives.

This day was a great opportunity to take time as one team and celebrate not just the business milestones we have achieved, but also the people who make it all possible.
