Reflecting on past achievements is always rewarding amidst our current exciting projects. In 2017, our ๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ department successfully delivered the complete M&E Services Design & Build for a new 1800 pupil Secondary School, alongside refurbishing the existing Sports Hall building.
From initial concept (RIBA Stage 2) to construction, we ensured compliance with EFA’s requirements and client budget. Working closely with energy modelers, we designed high-efficiency M&E systems meeting stringent energy consumption criteria.
Our commitment to long term performance didnโt end at handover. Thanks to our ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ department, our directly employed team of skilled engineers now support the facility with a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contract. This ensures the building continues to perform efficiently, with proactive maintenance strategies that maximise system longevity and cost-effectiveness for the client.
