Glengall Road, known as Robeson House is a 676-bed hall of residence developed in collaboration with EQUANS and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Located just off Old Kent Road in London and adjacent to the 56-hectare Burgess Park, the building rises to 15 storeys in a stepped configuration. Purpose-built to serve LSE graduate students, it offers a vibrant and inspiring living environment within easy reach of the university’s Aldwych campus. Hopkins Major Projects was appointed to deliver the full mechanical and electrical installation, encompassing: • Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) heating systems • Domestic water services • Ventilation infrastructure • Power distribution and lighting • Integrated SMART building technologies Robeson House exemplifies modern student accommodation—efficient, thoughtfully designed, and tailored to the academic lifestyle.
