Redevelopment of the former Hilsea bus depot, Southdown View consists of a six-storey building with 59 flats, a medical facility, a small pharmacy building, 70 car parking spaces and an outdoor communal space. Hopkins carried out a design & build contract for all mechanical, electrical and public health services on the development.
