Simon joined Hopkins in late 2014 having previously worked for two national services companies. Simon was brought on to lead the newly established Technical Services Department.

Jason has over 20-years’ experience in the building services industry. He joined Hopkins in 2003 following completion of his apprenticeship at NG Bailey & Co. He initially started in the contracts department before moving into design where he has been for the past 15 years delivering projects in multiple sectors. Jason joined the Hopkins board in 2018 and now overseas our extensive design team and supports the pre-construction department.

Phil joined Hopkins in February 2023, after gathering 10 years’ experience of working at a senior level as a HR professional. He brings with him a wealth of People experience, as well as a passion to develop those around him. Phil gained sales and leadership experience with multinational companies before diversifying into a career within HR.

Richard joined Hopkins in 2018 as Commercial Director, having held a variety of commercial and operational positions. Over the past 29 years Richard has gained extensive experience in the building services industry in various sectors including infrastructure, residential & education.

Dominic joined Hopkins in 2015 as Electrical Operations Manager. Having over 33 years experience in the M&E industry, Dominic has gained knowledge in various aspects of the industry. Having started his career with CW Palmer M&E Contracting and completed a craft apprenticeship, he then progressed through the ranks from Foreman to Contracts Engineer, which involved intensive on-site training and covered the whole spectrum of contract engineering.

Paul has extensive knowledge of the building services industry with over 30 years’ experience. Paul has previously worked for Crown House Technologies and Sheppard Engineering Services before joining Hopkins Ltd in 2011 as an Operations Director. Paul’s approach is to always build positive relationships with our clients throughout each key stage of a project and will always strives to provide the client with value for money during the design and pre-construction stage and without compromising either quality or health & safety during the construction, commissioning, and handover phases.

Mike first joined Hopkins in its infancy in the early 80’s. Before leaving to create his own team to carry out projects throughout the country. Mike moved on to become a Divisional Director at a leading south coast company before re-joining Hopkins as Sales Director in 2016. Mike has a long association within the services sector holding positions from Site Manager, Project Manager, Air Conditioning Manager and Special Projects Manager before being awarded his first Directorship in 2008.

Scott has been at Hopkins since 2018 and has helped to develop works in new sectors including, healthcare, MOJ, MOD and most recently the Energy sector. Charged with the operational responsibility of our very own Energy and Special Project departments, Scott also oversees alongside Richard Niziolek the business’ 5- and 10-year strategic plans as an Employee-Owned organisation. Scott enjoys working in new sectors and arenas where innovation is core to any project. Scott ran his own business for 11 years before joining a larger company where he oversaw 4 of their 6 businesses within the group
