The redevelopment is being carried out by Bouygues UK on behalf of Runnymead Borough Council as part of the ‘Addlestone Town Centre Regeneration Programme’. As part of this development Hopkins carried out the design and installation of the energy centre and district heating network. In addition to this Hopkins also carried out the design and installation of the mechanical services to the 101 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel.
