The project is a 3 stage development, Phase 2 consists of 73 luxury independent living apartments over 11 blocks a refurbishment of the existing coach house building and 2 listed lodges. The district heating, domestic services, electrical supplies, site wide fire alarm system and structured cabling will be fed from the energy centre and switch room in the Phase 1 Village Core building.
