J&B Hopkins are strong advocates of renewable energy and energy saving, and over the past 6 years we have installed PV systems ranging from small commercial rooftops right up to large Solar Farms. The Llanwern Wales 75Mw PV solar farm project was split into 3 phases of which J&B Hopkins were contracted to install 1 phase of the works, with the size of 20Mwp. The build was completed in 16 weeks and consisted of wiring, installation, connection and testing of all DC systems. The project was completed within budget, on time and importantly to the client’s satisfaction.
