Inside the hotel consists of 85 bedrooms, 12 luxury apartments, award winning spa brand including swimming pool, sauna, steam room, razul room, gym and 7 luxury treatment rooms. Other key features include the ground floor ‘The Jetty’ restaurant with luxury external terrace, rooftop cocktail bar named ‘HarBAR on 6th’ featuring outdoor pizza oven and cooking facilities, dramatic double height events space including private bar and feature reception incorporating helical illuminated staircase. The hotel is designed to reflect the Southampton’s thriving marine culture and heritage. J&B Hopkins were involved in extensive upfront 3D Revit design and worked closely with key members of the professional team to co-ordinate and plan the services installation then bringing to reality from initial concept to finished installation.
