Cedar SEN School is a new build special educational needs School funded by the ‘EFA’ (Educational Funding Agency) built to replace the existing school. The school located in Southampton was single storey and included 12no. classrooms, multipurpose hall, kitchen, a hydrotherapy swimming pool area, sensor room & staff areas. Hopkins provided a full M&E design & build service from RIBA stage 3 to help ensure both the EFA and School’s specific requirements were met within their very strict budget.
