Newbuild SEND School in Eastbourne, accommodating 84 students between the ages of 5 and 16 who have been diagnosed with autism and speech/communication needs (ASC), alongside a separate Centre called the Southfield Centre educates up to 51 learners with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). The school offers effective teaching facilities, plus a range of internal and external play areas, a hydrotherapy pool, quiet calming rooms, physiotherapy, SEN therapy rooms, soft play and sensory rooms.
